On behalf of our Caritas Board and all members of Caritas Jordan, I would like to extend our sincere sympathy and condolences to the American people and to the families of innocent men and women who lost their lives as a result of the tragic attacks on September 11th, on New York and Washington D.C.

Dear Friends,

On behalf of our Caritas Board and all members of Caritas Jordan, I would like to extend our sincere sympathy and condolences to the American people and to the families of innocent men and women who lost their lives as a result of the tragic attacks on September 11th, on New York and Washington D.C.

These terrorist acts are strongly condemned by all people who reject violence and terror, respect human life, and believe in peace, Justice and tolerance, as the only viable means to address problems and differences among nations.

We are convinced, that acts of terror will not deter people of good well from calling and working for justice and peace through out the world.

We believe that the Caritas family vision of Building a Civilization of Love, is the answer wherever violence and terror take place in our world.

We pray that the victims of this horrendous acts, will rest in peace and have ever lasting life.  Their memory can only be remembered, by working with greater determination on the root causes of violence, injustice, intolerance, and dehumanizing poverty, that are prevailing in many parts of the world.

With our deepest sympathy.
