Journey To Jerusalem

The Journey to Jerusalem is an event that has brought thousands of Christian youth from Jordan, Israel and Palestine (60 different parish groups) to Jerusalem during Lent and/or Easter. The Journey connects children from diverse communities, promotes knowledge and awareness about Palestinian cities, and counteracts the numerous obstacles in obtaining access to Jerusalem through the Israeli checkpoints and Separation Wall. For most children, the Journey is their first visit to the holy sites in Jerusalem even though they may live only a few miles away. To see an article about the Journey in 2008, click here.
