“Let us work together to replace despair with HOPE, fear with human SECURITY and humiliation with DIGNITY”

April 2010: Easter Party at BSCC

80 children, aged 6-10 years old, gathered together to celebrate Easter at the BSCC.  The group really lived the meaning of the Resurrection and its joy as they worked together making Easter crafts, painting Easter eggs and making greeting cards.  The children especially loved the face painting and the clowns, and many devoted volunteers worked together to make the day special for everyone.  The seniors at BSCC treasure these times with their families who cannot easily come back and forth because of the travel restrictions imposed by the checkpoints.  It was truly a day of renewal – a time of hope and new beginnings lived as one family in Christ.
