WE affirm  the Alexandria Declaration, an unprecedented statement adopted Jan. 21,2002 by senior religious leaders of the Holy Land. It declares ³our commitment to ending the violence and bloodshed that denies the right to life and dignity². It calls for the implementation of the Mitchell and Tenet recommendations, including the lifting of restrictions and a return to negotiations.
