Patriarch Ignatius Aphrem II Speaks on the Deprived Conditions of Middle East Christians at the Swedish Government Hall

Sweden: His Holiness Ignatius Aphrem II – Patriarch of Antioch and All East spoke in a session at the Swedish government hall about the sad life of persecuted Christians in the Middle East and the challenges faced by them. The Primate expressed his concerns on the acute situation of Christians of the Middle East and possibilities for the the Swedish government to help the persecuted.

Representatives of the Swedish government, churches and study organizations are attended during this important event.  The Apostolic visit has drawn a lot of media attention in Sweden.
