The Ramadan Campaign proceeded to Balqa Governorate, on June 7, 2018 specifically to the city of Salt.
Caritas Jordan staff in Salt and volunteers distributed food parcels to 150 Jordanian families at the Al-Ahliya Salt School. The distribution was attended by the Deputy Governor of Balqa.
Present at the event were Deputy Governor of balqa Mohammad Habahbeh, Greek Orthodox Parish priest in Salt Fr. Marwan Ta’amneh, member of the Central Committee of Balqa Governorate Haitham Tadros, and Director of Salt Al-Ahliya Schools Mohammed Al-Attiya.
The participants in the campaign expressed gratitude to Caritas Jordan for its humanitarian work and relentless efforts designed to achieve harmony among all members of society during the holy month of Ramadan.
