On Wednesday, 13/11/2019, Birzeit social Development and Cultural (BSCC) held an awareness lecture on the importance of early detection of breast cancer, by Dr. Sumaya Sayage , a research consultant and a member BSCC Advisory Committee, lecture was attended by some students of Birzeit University and women members of the center. The one hour lecture, Dr. Sayage covered the importance of paying attention to the disease, especially from the ages of 40 to 60, through the initial examination of several stages by women before heading for the doctor, also; she explained the prevention of the disease with several factors that can be followed up for early recovery if you have noticed from the beginning.
