Caritas Jordan and the Administration of the schools of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate signed a partnership agreement on Tuesday, February 11, 2020.

The agreement aims at supporting the educational process for about 1,100 male and female Syrian refugee students enrolled in public schools through six Greek Orthodox schools in Madaba, Zarqa, Irbid, Fuheis, Salt and Anjara.

This agreement is part of the comprehensive educational program for Syrian students applied in various schools. It is supported by Caritas Germany and the Catholic Relief Authority.

The agreement was signed by Caritas Jordan Director Mr. Wael Suleiman and Director of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate Schools Mrs. Suheir Al-Bajali in the presence of Greek Orthodox Patriarch Bishop Christophoros Attallah.
