A unique step has been taken by the Catholic Church of Jerusalem, which goes in complement to the development process, defining future visions of both the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem and the directions of His Beatitude Pierbattista Pizzaballa, Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem. Hence, On Tuesday August 8th, 2023, at the Notre Dame center of Jerusalem, an introductory meeting centered around the new strategic plan was held for the heads of the departments and offices of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem. It was led by Mr. Walid Nammour, who is the appointed specialist in strategic planning and management. The meeting aimed to introduce the staff to the new mechanisms of work and clarify technical concepts.
The successful implementation of this strategic plan requires the involvement and efforts of both the clergy and laity. As it covers all the diocese, on all its levels, and responsibilities. This plan will enable the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem to better serve the Christians of the Holy land, which is its first and foremost mission.
