On Sunday, November 26, 2023, the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) provided relief aid to 620 displaced people who took refuge at the Latin Church of the Holy Family in Gaza.
A statement issued by JHCO indicates that its was able–in cooperation with the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs–to provide assistance to hundreds of displaced people in the church in Gaza Strip. JHCO Secretary General Hussein Al-Shibli said, “The JHCO provided necessary aid and food supplies to about 620 people, including 60 children with disabilities, who took refuge at the Latin Church.”
The church is located close to the Jordanian military field hospital in Tal al-Hawa.
