As of Saturday, hundreds of people have reportedly left the Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza City.
The hospital is the site that Israeli forces have been searching for days.
Doctors insist the Israeli military ordered an evacuation, but the Israelis says it facilitated a safe route out after a request from the hospital director.
Reports suggest many sick and injured patients have been leaving the building on foot, their destination is unclear.
Israel accuses Hamas of running a command centre under the complex – it has shown pictures of a purported tunnel and weapons as evidence.
Bombings on Khan Younis
Elsewhere, residents of Khan Younis, south of Gaza City, have been ordered to leave the area by sundown on Saturday.
Meanwhile, the Hamas-controlled health ministry in Gaza says more than 12,000 people have been killed since Israel began its campaign against them.
It began heavily bombing the Gaza Strip after Hamas killed more than 1,200 people and took more than 200 hostage.
Elsewhere, the families of Israeli hostages held in Gaza are marching from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem to put pressure on the Israeli government to secure their release.
