These awards certify that HCEF meets the highest standards for transparency and good governance. Moreover, they underscore the trust donors place in HCEF to carry out critically needed programs serving Palestinians. 

Charity Navigator is America’s premier charity evaluate and strives to highlight the efforts of efficient, ethical, and open charities. In a letter to HCEF, Charity Navigator’s President and CEO Ken Berger noted that HCEF’s “exceptional designation from Charity Navigator differentiates Holy Land Christian Ecumenical Foundation from its peers and demonstrates to the public it is worthy of their trust.” President Berger further praised HCEF’s good governance and use of best practices to increase transparency and execute its mission in a fiscally responsible way. HCEF’s second 4-star rating in two years places the organization in an elite group of only 18% of charities evaluated by Charity Navigator.
