Dear Friends, Supporters and Graduates of Bethlehem University,
Christmas Greetings!
This Christmas is celebrated in the Year of Mercy called by Pope Francis. In opening this special year he insisted that “the Holy Year must keep alive the desire to know how to welcome the numerous signs of the tenderness which God offers to the whole world and, above all, to those who suffer, who are alone and abandoned, without hope of being pardoned or feeling the Father’s love.” Here at Bethlehem University, in the way we engage with our students we are responding to the Pope’s call. Now, at Christmas, we look to the Child, the Prince of Peace, with hope and seek to share that with these students.
The Christmas season is the perfect time of year to let you know how much we appreciate your interest in us, your friendship and support. From Bethlehem University we send you a special Christmas wish of hope in the video below from “the capital of Christmas”.
Best wishes and thanks,
Brother Peter Bray, FSC, EdD.
